    Respected Sir,

    I have a one query regarding this vacancy of clerk

    For this Vacancy Eligibility Criteria is Candidates must have passed 10th Standard with 50% mark.

    So is there HARD compulsion that candidate should have 50% Marks, If any candidate have less than 50% marks…….for ex. say 45%, 46 % & Willing to apply for this vacancy

    So can He / She apply for this vacancy.

        As you say Minimum marks for this vacancy is 50%. so below 50% marks candidate will not be able to apply.

        so Min. 50% Marks criteria is apply only for 10th pass candidates,

        What about Candidate who have done 12th class & also Graduation.

    Group-C employess what does it mean ????
    so total pay for a CLERK is about Rs 8684 /- Per month….

    is that correct..or its upto evaluation after exams results??

      This is a Pay band for grade 3 employees. Pay band is the basic pay of a person according to which other allowances are calculated.

      No, Total pay for Clerk will be calculated on the basis of

      Basic Pay + TA+ DA+ HRA+ Medical + Grade Pay.

    What does this means pay scale of Rs. 5200-20200.

    Is it like, it depends on candidate performance in exam, The person who perform well in exam gets High basic pay of Rs.20,200/- & Candidate whose performance in exam is average or less will get Basic Pay of Rs. 5200/- like that

    Please, can you clarify my doubt ?

      No, It is not performance based. It is standard scale of Group – C employees in India.
      What is Pay Scale : A pay scale is a document or table designed to determine how much an employee will earn in his or her job.

      Pay Scale = Basic + Rate of increment – Upto maximum.
      Here
      Pay Scale = 5200(Basic)+ Every year rate of increment added Upto – 20200/-.

      The basic pay ,DA and other eligible allowances are added. In between 5200 and 20200 the rate of increment may vary.

      Final Salary will be based on : Basic Pay + DA + TA+ HRA (if applicable).

      For Example :
      Basic Pay Rs 5200/-
      DA= 50% of Basic Pay
      HRA = 12% of Basic Pay
      TA = 5% of Basic Pay than the
      Final Salary will be = 5200 + 2600+260+624 = Rs 8684 /- Per month.

        One more thing I want to ask that in this case for Group-C employees Min. salary per month would be Rs. 8684/-

        so what about GP Rs.2000/-

        It will added for all employee & Employee will get Rs.8684 +2000= Rs.10684/- Per Month like that Right……
